ROLLMATIC is a new
generation of roll-fed labeling machines for the application of
labels in various materials, as PS, PP, PE and so on. The labels
are applied on the containers with hot-melt glue. The machine uses
a new patented roll handling system called Computer Controlled
Unwind, Registration and Tension (CCURT), thus eliminating a
separate tension control system and at the same time maintaining a
constant roll tension. With the CCURT system, the labels are
transferred without any assistance of air jets or other mechanical
means.
