Fusion 5 - Hot
Air Sealer
Designed to handle dusty types of applications, the Fusion 5 hot air
sealer increases ease of use, decreases downtime, and creates utmost
flexibility.
The Fusion 5 hot air sealer is a continuous feed sealer designed to
create strong seals on pillow-style bags without the use of bands.
Utilizing 16” of concentrated heating to melt and fuse the bag material,
seals are then set via crimp rollers. Seal widths range from the standard
¼” up to 1/2”. Precise variable temperature, speed and pressure
controls accommodate for variations in bag thickness or composition
ensuring the best seal every time. With standard variable speed, optional
horizontal or vertical sealing orientation, and a choice of 120 or 220
volt electrical, the Fusion 5 can be easily integrated with existing or
fully automated packaging systems. A three-way switch allows for proper
cool down which extends the life of the machine. The Fusion 5 series of
sealers also offers many more options to tackle a wide variety of sealing
requirements.

6100 - Continuous Rotary Band Sealer |
Designed
to benefit your production process, the MPS 6100 increases ease of
use, decreases downtime, and creates utmost flexibility.
The MPS 6100 Series features a wide range of capabilities, and
offers models that are equipped with trimming, printing and
embossing options. All models in the 6100 series share the same
standard features.
These constant load, variable speed machines operate with PID
autotune digital temperature controllers and variable pressure
sealing bars. Seals are created using economical Teflon bands,
which produce consistently excellent seals on all heat sealable
bags.

MPS 6700 -
Validatable Conveyorized Continuous Rotary Band Sealer
Designed to benefit your production process, the MPS 6700 increases
ease of use, decreases downtime, and creates utmost flexibility.
These constant load, variable speed machines include: one pair of air
pressurized, digitally controlled heater bars; one pair of air flow, air
pressurized cooling bars; a PID autotune temperature controller; and a
digital tachometer. An internal switch turns off the front heater bars
improving the sealing of Tyvek pouches. Calibration may be completed at
our facility, or by the customer. All seals are created using economical
Teflon bands, which produce consistently excellent seals on all heat
sealable bags.
All conveyors are stainless steel, food grade belt conveyors complete
with guide rails. Standard conveyor size is 6" W x 6' L, with a full
family of conveyor options and sizes available to meet your specific
needs. Effortless to mount and detach with a simple latch and bolt
mechanism, MPS conveyors are manually raised and lowered to match any size
bag. Conveyors are required for bags with a weight greater than 2 pounds
for vertical sealing.

7500 - Conveyorized Industrial Continuous Rotary Band Sealer |
Designed to handle heavy-duty, high speed industrial applications,
the MPS 7500 increases ease of use, decreases downtime, and creates
utmost flexibility.
These continuous feed, variable speed machines operate with two PID
autotune digital temperature controllers and variable pressure sealing
bars. All seals are created using economical etched Teflon bands,
which produce consistently excellent seals on all heat sealable bags.
The MPS 7000 series utilizes variable pressure sealing bars to
accommodate for variations in bag thickness or composition.
