Floor mounted stretch bundler. Fast, convenient stretch bundling of larger products. Eliminates costly corrugated cartons, tape, strapping and shrink film, while improving package design and integrity. Bundled product maintains stationary position as film rotates to secure load.

Fantom Full Web

Portable full web (60" or 72" capacity). Fantom is the quickest means of unitizing any pallet. Fantom's portability allows on-the-spot stretch wrapping in any location.

Spiral Fantom

The Spiral Fantom goes anywhere to wrap anything! Comfortable foam grips, infinitely variable height adjustment using a counterbalance system, and four swivel casters – all combine to make the Spiral Fantom easy to use by virtually anyone!

Highlight's patented film tensioning system, Stretch Set™, insures the film stretch will be precisely controlled for maximum load integrity and film economy.

The Spiral Fantom's unique design allows the user to wrap loads to within an inch and a half (1½") from the ground, and spiral up to 65 inches high. The load can be unitized with the pallet, assuring the product will stay together all the way to its destination. The Spiral Fantom accepts 12" to 18" handwrap.

Portability and maneuverability – the Spiral Fantom allows you to have a wrapping station at any location in your work area. Any size and any weight load can be wrapped.

A patented film stretch system gives you the right amount of film stretch for any particular job. Most important, the stretch wrap only sticks to itself and won't damage packages or deface goods like other conventional methods.

What's a Newton?

A Newton is equivalent to 0.113 inch/pounds of torque, (providing the most precise measurement of film stretch). Beginning at 50 Newtons and increasing in increments of 100, the Stretch Band-Its™ are available in fixed Newton models and adjustable models. The Adjustable Stretch Band-It™ provides a range of 50 to 3000 Newtons, and offers the most flexibility in film stretch levels.

Broadcast Band-It

The Highlight Broadcast Band-It easily attaches to the side of the film carriage with two beam clamps to display your printed message on the load. No longer do you have to have a special 20" wide printed film - you can simply and easily apply the 5" wide printed message to the top, bottom or any location on the load!
